We would like to provide an update on Track and Outback HQ operations, in light of the Victorian Government announcement regarding the Stage 4 restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
To comply with Victorian Government directives, our Victorian manufacturing facilities will temporarily close from 5:00pm Wednesday, 5th August 2020 and are not expected to reopen until Monday 28th of September, adding an approximate 2-month delay on all custom ordered Tvans and T4s. The Outback HQ showroom and Service department are expected to reopen on Monday 26th October. However, this does not mean we are closed.
The Outback HQ showroom will not be available to the general public, but we will be taking calls and responding to enquiries. In fact, all of our Victorian team will be working remotely and will still be able to communicate with other team members and our customers.

SERVICE & PARTS:
All Service and parts staff will be available by email and phone 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
The Outback HQ Service and Parts team will be processing online store orders for dispatch and “Click & Collect” as well as taking service bookings from the 17th September onwards and helping with any warranty claims.
